About

Founded in 2009, we started as a personal training studio with five personal trainers and 1500 square feet. We expanded until we opened up our facilities for memberships in 2013! Now, in 2023, we have over 17,000 square feet, 20 personal trainers, and we offer mixed martial arts and brazilian jiu jitsu through FBS Combat Club! We have plenty of options for whatever you are looking for, from powerlifting to jiu jitsu to bodybuilding to general health and wellness.

Our memberships are $40 a month, month-to-month, with no contracts and no hassles! We are family owned and operated, so you'll never have to deal with creepy salesmen or long commitments.
